James Stephens Group Managing Director

Following completion of his Masters in International Commercial Law & Business, James subsequently spent 10 years as a solicitor in London with SJ Berwin and Jones Day, specialising in commercial and corporate finance. James is Managing Director of Deanestor Plc and Offsite Solutions and is also a director of Dentalstyle Limited and all other group subsidiary companies. James is responsible for the overall performance and advancement of the group. James recently won the Nottinghamshire Young Business Person of the year award for 2009, sponsored by KPMG and Nottinghamshire County Council.

Tony Lindsley Operations Director

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Tony is responsible for the day to day operational matters within Deanestor including the sales, estimating, production scheduling, IT and commercial departments. Tony has extensive knowledge in the healthcare and education industry and has been instrumental in the development and introduction of new materials, processes and innovative designs at the company.

William Tonkinson Business Development Director

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh, William moved into the financial services industry. Following a period with Rothschilds William took up employment with the group companies and has been Managing Director of Dentalstyle since 2004, successfully developing it into the leading dental cabinetry manufacturer in the UK. William has been instrumental in the development of the product range and client base of Dentalstyle for the last 8 years. William sits on various executive committees across the group and is also Business Development Director of Deanestor Plc focusing on Deanestor's growth within the Education sector.

Steve Richards Installations Director

Steve has 28 years' experience in furniture production and installation within the constuction industry after serving a 4 year City & Guilds appreticeship in furniture manufacturing and cabinet making. Steve has developed the Installation Department over a 9 year period, which currently employs over 100 members of staff. Responsibilities include overseeing the installation and project management of all contracts from pre-start meetings through to final handovers. During this period we have established a project & installation management structure that ensures programmes and handover dates are achieved.

Steve Clark Production Director

With 25 years' experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, in particular panel processing, Steve has been instrumental in the development of numerous product ranges for both the public and private sectors, including healthcare, education & student accommodation furniture. An employee since the establishment of Deanestor in Mansfield in 1996, Steve became a board member in 2008.

Pete Waring Director of Education

After serving a 4 year apprenticeship as a cabinet maker, Peter took up a site management role within the construction industry working on a number of large commercial projects. Peter has subsequently spent more than 18 years working at senior management level within the fume cupboard, laboratory, education and healthcare furniture sectors and provides a wealth of experience to the whole business. Peter has actively managed and led a number of FF&E packages on large PFI projects in both the Healthcare and Education sectors. Peter now leads our Education dept.
