Deanestor Awarded £3m Fitout Contract for High Specification Student Scheme in London

Deanestor has been awarded a furniture and fitout contract worth more than £3m for a stunning new high specification student scheme developed by Greystar in Central London.

Deanestor is working with main contractor Mace, manufacturing bespoke bedroom furniture and kitchens for Chapter London Bridge.

Designed by global architects KPF, this 39-storey tower will occupy a commanding position on the London skyline and next to the Shard. It will deliver 905 student beds with 15,000sqft of amenity space.

There will be a range of living options that will feature our fitted kitchens and built-in student bedroom furniture – self-contained studios and two and three bedroom apartments with shared facilities.

Due to open for the start of the 2025 academic year, the development will be operated by the Chapter London brand.

The dense grid of student rooms is expressed on the distinctive façade, through an arrangement of 3D bays. This faceted façade with its abstracted surface is designed to reflect the play of sunlight on water.
