Deanestor provides a complete end-to-end service, managing every stage of your project from design to installation and aftercare. Our project managers oversee the entire project, supported by site managers who coordinate specialist fitters to ensure high-quality installation on site. We support clients with estimating, cost management, and tailored design solutions from our Nottinghamshire and Scottish offices. Our fitted furniture is manufactured at our Mansfield facility, with strict quality control, sample room displays, secure storage, and a dedicated delivery fleet providing just-in-time (JIT) delivery to site. As a turnkey partner, we also provide ongoing after-sales support and product replacements to ensure long-term performance and client satisfaction.

Our Project Managers ensure programmes remain on track, communication stays clear and all activities are coordinated efficiently throughout each stage of the project.

Site Management
Our experienced Site Managers oversee our installation teams directly, maintaining quality standards, managing day to day site operations and ensuring works progress smoothly throughout each stage of the installation process. All Site Managers hold SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualifications and are supported by IOSH and CITB qualified leadership teams, helping Deanestor maintain high standards of health and safety across all projects.
Fitted Furniture Installation
Deanestor provides fully coordinated fitted furniture installation services for large scale PBSA developments, ensuring all furniture is installed efficiently and to a consistent standard across each scheme. Our skilled installation teams are experienced in delivering large scale projects across London and the wider UK, working under our Site Managers to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes. All site staff hold the relevant CSCS cards, while Site Supervisors are SSSTS qualified. Our fitters also hold NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Fitted Interiors or relevant CSCS accreditation.
Estimating and Cost Management
Deanestor assesses furniture requirements, material specifications, production capacity, logistics and installation to develop accurate and transparent cost plans tailored to our clients developments. As a UK based manufacturer with in-house production, storage and logistics capabilities, Deanestor can provide greater cost certainty through improved control over lead times, delivery coordination and programme changes, while reducing risks associated with overseas shipping and supply chain disruption.
