Due to continued expansion and recent successes, we have an exciting opportunity for Project Manager’s to join our busy Projects Department to manage and deliver the projects and to contribute to the continued successes of the business. If you can demonstrate drive, commitment and discipline with an eye for detail and ideally with experience of managing fast paced fit-out packages (FF&E) then we would like to hear from you.
PURPOSE & SCOPE
Managing projects throughout all stages from order realisation and although not exhaustive covering; programme development and management, design development, product approval and guidance, coordination with other departments to plan production and procurement demands, overseeing and reporting on site installation works to final and successful handover of the project on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ideally from a Healthcare, Education, Laboratory, Student Accommodation, or kitchen fitted furniture background and with good technical and practical knowledge of new build construction projects.
· Educated to a high standard, ideally with a construction related qualification.
· Holder of valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card.
· Willing to travel and work away from home at times to service projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Managing the delivery of internal fit-out packages on new build and refurbishment construction projects.
· Flexibility to multi-task working on multiple projects ranging in value and technicality.
· Commitment to work across multiple areas and at times working out of normal daily working hours.
· Preparation and management of project reports to demonstrate, progress to programme, client constraints, key tasks and demands and compliance to budget.
· Overseeing and leading others, to achieve project objectives.
· Making recommendations for product selection with technical advice, whilst achieving customer product approval.
· Ensuring projects are managed within agreed cost and time parameters.
· Managing and identifying risk to the project and ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients to mitigate risk and financial exposure.
· Working with our commercial department to maintain and ensure compliance to project budget, whilst actively looking to increase profit margins with accurate records and management of project variations.
· Actively participate in meetings and communication with other stakeholders in the organisation to ensure project success.
· Work collaboratively with the other departments to ensure successful delivery of allocated projects.
· Attend site meetings and communicating with our clients accurately and confidently to ensure the project objectives from both a client and company perspective are achieved and maintained.
· Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety regulations and actively take lead in the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements to meet with our contractual obligations.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Preferably a current holder of a construction ‘CSCS’ Card (Black).
· Holder of a Health and Safety qualification (ideally SMSTS or equivalent) with a good understanding of construction related Health and Safety and CDM.
· The ability to question and challenge to achieve successful outcomes.
· Good organisation and planning skills with an eye for detail and quality.
· Commercially astute and the ability to manage budgets.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, at all levels across the organisation and with our clients.
· An excellent team player and leader, as well the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the confidence to make accurate decisions under pressure.
· The ability to demonstrate, drive, commitment and confidence with the willingness to achieve success.

We are looking an experienced warehouse manager to overseeing our East Drayton & Walesby Operations.

Role
You will proactively manage tactical excellence in receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, manpower planning, value added service and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities across the depots
- Control / Co-ordinate & maintain stock movements between depots.
- Ensure products are stored accurately with high levels of housekeeping.
- Maintain stockholding with the emphasis being on presentation and project allocation.
- Planning of goods in with external suppliers.
- Manage small depot team (up to 8 people) and orchestrate work plans.
- Maintain H&S disciplines across all depots.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with Scheduling, Production and Purchasing Manager to optimize processes and schedules
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Adhere to an improve SOP’s to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to operations
(quantity, labelling, correct products)
- Identify any problems relating to the product, process and quality and implement effective cost
conscious solutions.
- Ensure paperwork is processed accurately for internal & external movement of goods.
- Drive down costs associated with natural loss & non-conformity.
- Represent the company for client visit purposes, across all depots.

We are looking for depot operatives to work at our East Drayton Facility, but also have the ability to commute to our other depots.

Role and Responsibilities
Working to high standards of safety and quality, your remit will have previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment and have a strong background working within a warehousing environment. You will be working as part of a team across the depots
Key Tasks
· Picking & packing goods.
· Checking paperwork against order.
· Follow the Goods In /Out Process.
· Manual Handling and Heavy Lifting.
· Unloading, loading and storage of goods.
· Following work plan accurately.
· Cleaning, Sweeping & keeping warehouse tidy.
· Following Health and Safety related policies and procedures, reporting any issues.
· Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties required
