With its striking octagonal structure and bold architectural vision, this 49-storey tower—now the tallest building in Birmingham at 155 metres and is the first pure octagonal residential skyscraper in the world! It forms part of the £1.2 billion Paradise redevelopment in the city centre and offers 370 high-quality homes for rent. Deanestor was selected for our proven expertise in bespoke cabinetry and large-scale residential furnishing, delivering kitchens that reflect the landmark’s high standards in both design and performance.

The client required a modern, efficient, and high-end kitchen solution for each apartment within this iconic building. Designs needed to:

Deanestor supplied and installed bespoke kitchen cabinetry and fittings tailored specifically to The Octagon’s unique design parameters. Every kitchen was crafted to enhance form and function while aligning with the building’s premium specification. Key features included:
