Contractor of the Month

We’re proud to share that Deanestor has been awarded Contractor of the Month for November by Winvic Construction, with the award recognising our strong Health & Safety culture, collaborative approach, and positive programme progress on the Bristol 360 project in Bristol city centre.

Bristol 360 is the transformation of a 110,000 sq ft former office building into a purpose-built student accommodation scheme, delivering 370 student rooms alongside high-quality communal facilities. The award was voted for collectively by the Winvic project team and presented by Winvic Site Manager Jon Barnes, with our Site Manager Kosta collecting the award on behalf of the team.

Anthony Weirich, Project Manager, commented:
