As part of a landmark £157 million redevelopment led by Equans Construction and Equitix, Deanestor was appointed to supply and install bespoke fitted furniture across the seven new residential blocks at Pritchatts Park, comprising:

  • 211 bedrooms designed for durability, comfort, and modern student needs

  • 31 fully fitted kitchens, blending functionality with contemporary design

  • Ground-floor accessible rooms equipped with inclusive, user-friendly furnishings

Each furniture solution was purpose-built to meet the demands of high-traffic student environments, offering sleek, practical interiors with integrated study areas, generous storage, and long-lasting finishes.

In addition to the bespoke fitted furniture, Deanestor also supplied a range of high-quality loose furniture to complement the interiors and enhance the overall student living experience.

While the wider Pritchatts Village scheme focused heavily on sustainability, including all-electric buildings and significant energy efficiency upgrades, Deanestor’s contribution aligned seamlessly with these goals. All fitted furniture was manufactured using sustainably sourced materials, including FSC® certified timber, supporting responsible forest management (FSC-C005621).
