Deanestor was appointed by Mace Group to design, manufacture, and install bespoke fitted furniture for Chapter London Bridge, a brand-new student accommodation scheme set to open in September 2025 which is owned and operated by Greystar. As a leading supplier of bespoke fitted furniture for large-scale student accommodation projects across the UK, Deanestor was appointed to complete the fit-out of 905 student rooms, delivering furniture solutions tailored to the needs of students and the high standards of contemporary urban living.

Tom Mott, Associate Director at Mace Group commented:
It’s been a pleasure working with Deanestor throughout their journey delivering the Kitchens and Bedroom Furniture package for the 905 room Chapter London Bridge scheme. Engaging with Deanestor from an early stage allowed their experienced contribution to design development and diligent pre-planning ensuring they were well prepared for a successful project. Their professional approach to all stages of the project from design to delivery has been testament to the effort they have applied throughout. I look forward to completing the project alongside Deanestor.
