Located next to St Mary’s Rest Garden, this central Nottingham accommodation offers students a mix of outdoor and indoor amenities, including table tennis, karaoke, and cinema rooms. Deanestor provided bespoke fitted furniture to help students relax in their rooms after enjoying these facilities.

Deanestor’s custom furniture solutions ensure both comfort and functionality, including:

• Storage solutions in compliance with HMO and Student Code regulations

• Integrated pull-out 3-compartment recycle bins to support waste management policies

• High-quality laminate worktops with upstands and splashbacks

• Integral islands and breakfast bars

• Sinks and taps with flow restrictors to meet environmental requirements
